Well I got on the scale Sat afternoon and I was down hearted. I had gained half a pound. I was discouraged but I didn’t eat crazy like I wanted to. I knew I was going to measure myself in the morning. I woke up and went in to measure. I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to see any change here and I was wrong….Thank you God!
total of 4.25 inches off my body this week. I will say the weight is from muscle building due to walking :0)

Hey, Ohiophotogrl! It’s been ages since I’ve been able to check in with you, but good for you for making some changes. I’ve recently dropped 52#, and I’m not done yet – I have more to lose!
I, too, started with drinking water. And I switched out a breakfast or a lunch with a homemade fruit smoothie. I just took one day at a time, and didn’t get on the scale too much. I tried to go by how my clothes felt. Stay strong! Stay motivated! Good wishes to you for healthy eating. I’m trying, too! 🙂
